SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: The Challenge Course Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the challenge course program, including High Ropes, Rock Wall, Zipline, and Low Ropes elements. This role involves general maintenance of equipment and structures, daily logging of usage, onsite training of camp staff, creating camper-based experiences with age-appropriate challenges, and implementing a “challenge by choice” model. The Challenge Course Coordinator collaborates with the Program Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing and engages with the broader program team in various activities.
SR STAFF May 12th – Aug 30th: The Program Coordinator is entrusted with the planning, implementation, and leadership of the summer programming. This position reports directly to the Year Round Program Director and collaborates closely with this role. The Program Coordinator oversees the program team, plans daily schedules for various camps, ensures cohesive programming, and maintains a safe, fun, intentional, and camper-focused environment. Strong leadership, team-building, and camp experience are essential for success in this role.
June 30th – Aug 30th: Childcare Workers are responsible for providing care and programming for the children of Summer Staff. Working in a team of 2-3, Childcare Workers oversee multiple children, ensuring each child has an individualized and enriching summer experience. This role involves creating engaging and age-appropriate programming, maintaining cleanliness and organization in childcare spaces, providing personal care such as feeding and diaper changes, and planning off-site trips with parental permission. Childcare Workers report to the Divisional Youth Secretary.
SR STAFF May 26th – August 30th: The Assistant Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Program Coordinator in various tasks related to camp programming. In addition to assisting with general program administration, this role is specifically responsible for scheduling recreation periods and ensuring adequate staffing during these times. The Assistant Program Coordinator is also involved in planning and resourcing crafts, being aware of operating policies and procedures, and coordinating campfire programming.

Program Staff are dedicated to fostering a positive team environment and taking initiative in creating enjoyable and immersive experiences for campers.
SR STAFF May 12th – August 30th: The Bible Coordinator holds the responsibility for planning and implementing an engaging, dynamic, and theologically sound Bible Program for Holiday Camp and Junior Performing Arts Camp. This role involves delivering daily large group and small group Bible lessons, providing support to cabin leaders in biblical teaching, coordinating worship music, planning campfire reflection time, ensuring theme continuity, and actively engaging in general programming. The Bible Coordinator may also be involved in preparing Bible teachings for teen camps based on experience.
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: The Spiritual Life Coordinator plays a central role in providing spiritual teaching and support to all staff throughout the summer. This position involves planning and directing worship sessions, organizing devotionals, offering support to staff in need, and actively participating in daily camp life. The Spiritual Life Coordinator collaborates closely with the Divisional Youth Secretary, Program Director and Bible Coordinator and follows all operating policies and procedures.
June 16th – Aug 30th: The Assistant Bible collaborates with the Bible Coordinator to plan and implement the camp’s Bible Program. This role involves creating follow-up materials for campers, participating in the teaching and discipleship of campers, and assisting Cabin Leaders during nightly devotions. The Bible Program Support is also actively engaged in general programming and provides cabin relief.
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: The LIT Coordinator is responsible for planning, preparing, promoting, and implementing a comprehensive program aimed at the personal, spiritual, and professional development of campers aged 14-16. This position involves creating the daily schedules, coordinating guest speakers, providing spiritual support, overseeing work experience placements, and planning special events such as an off-site trip and graduation ceremony. The LIT Coordinator is passionate about camp, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and works independently to ensure the success of the LIT program.
June 16th – Aug 25th: The Assistant LIT Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the LIT (Leaders in Training) program. This position involves providing teaching on program topics, offering support in daily devotions, overseeing the LIT group, assisting the LIT Coordinator with tasks, and actively participating in general programming. The Assistant LIT Coordinator contributes to building a positive camp community and is passionate about camp life.
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: (MUST BE 18+) The Cabin Leader Coordinator is a vital member of the program team responsible for overseeing and supporting the Male and Female Cabin Leaders. This position involves regular check-ins, coaching, and collaboration with the Program Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the camp program. The Cabin Leader Coordinator plays a key role in fostering a positive and supportive community within the cabin leader team.
July 1st – Varying End Dates: (MUST BE 17+) Cabin Leaders play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and positive experience of campers during their stay at the camp. Working in teams of 2-3 leaders, they are responsible for the daily care, safety, and engagement of up to 16 campers. Cabin Leaders actively participate in camp programming and create a supportive environment where campers can thrive.

This position involves assessing camper behavioral notes, creating safety plans, providing education to staff, and maintaining communication with the Program Director. The Camper Support Coordinator ensures a trauma-informed care approach, fosters a compassionate environment, and contributes to the overall success of the camp program. Experience in behavioral support required (BI, EA, Degree in youth work).

The role requires a compassionate and patient individual with a focus on trauma-informed care. Experience in behavioral support preferred (BI, EA, Degree in youth work)
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: (MUST BE 19+) The Waterfront Coordinator holds the responsibility for planning and operating a safe and effective waterfront program. This includes overseeing swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, fishing, and other waterfront activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with operating procedures, daily equipment inspections, monitoring pool chemicals, assessing ocean tides and water conditions, educating staff on water safety, and overseeing the lifeguarding team. The Waterfront Coordinator actively participates in general programming as directed by the Program Coordinator.
June 30th – Aug 25th: Lifeguards play a critical role in ensuring the safety and positive experience of campers and staff during water-based activities. Working closely with the Head Lifeguard, they oversee all water activities, actively participate in waterfront activities, and contribute to the daily maintenance of the pool and pool deck. Lifeguards must possess strong swimming and lifesaving skills, adhere to safety protocols, and actively engage in camp programming. Where not engaged in lifeguard responsibilities, will be available to provide programming and other support to the camp, as needed.
June 25th – Aug 25th: The First Aid Attendant is responsible for providing first aid oversight to ensure the health and safety of campers and staff. This crucial role involves emergency first aid response, medication dispensing, communication with parents, and adherence to medical standards and protocols.
April 15th – Oct 25th: The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the kitchen and food operations at the camp. This role involves menu planning in accordance with BCCA (British Columbia Camping Association) standards, food ordering, creating the schedule for the kitchen team, communicating needs with the Dining Hall Coordinator and coordinating with Program Coordinator and Program Director around program needs (e.g. timing, special food needs), upholding kitchen standards, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Varying Start Dates – Aug 30th: The Assistant Cook supports the Food Services Supervisor in the preparation and implementation of meal plans at the camp. This role involves food preparation and cooking, cleaning of equipment, daily logging, and checks. Key skills for this role include flexibility, a passion for cooking, the ability to work within a team, and awareness of dietary and allergy standards.
June 30th – Aug 30th: The Prep Cook plays a vital role in assisting the kitchen team with the preparation and service of all meals at the camp. This position involves tasks such as washing and preparing food, following instructions to cook portions of meals, and participating in kitchen clean-up. Key skills for this role include efficiency, the ability to follow instructions, working well in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and attention to detail.
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: The Dining Hall Coordinator holds the responsibility for overseeing the Dining Hall and managing the Dining Hall team of attendants at the camp. This role involves effective communication with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service, scheduling the Dining Hall team, maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards, creating a positive atmosphere, and implementing clear instructions for campers and staff. Key skills for this role include a positive attitude, encouragement of Dining Hall staff, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a focus on cleanliness.
June 30th – Aug 30th: Dining Hall Attendants are responsible for creating a clean, efficient, and positive dining experience for campers. This role involves tasks related to food service, cleaning and sanitization, and organization of storage spaces. Key skills for this role include motivation, attention to details, investment in teamwork, and a positive attitude.
SR STAFF May 26th – Aug 30th: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for leading the Facilities Team in maintaining the cleanliness of the camp property and buildings. This role involves overseeing daily tasks, communicating with the Camp Manager for task assignments, and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed to a high standard. Key skills for this role include self-motivation, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining the appearance of the camp.
June 30th – Aug 30th: The Facilities Team is responsible for the cleanliness and general upkeep of the camp property and buildings. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment for campers and staff. Responsibilities include daily cleaning of washrooms, garbage and recycling disposal, small general maintenance tasks, and landscaping and grounds maintenance. Key skills for this role include self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the camp.
June 30th – Aug 30th: The Tuck Shop and Lower Camp Host play a significant role in enhancing the experience of campers and renters. This role involves checking guests into rental properties, addressing questions or concerns from lower camp guests, and managing the Tuck Shop for both lower camp and upper camp. Responsibilities include keeping inventory and stock of Tuck Shop supplies, running the shop during open hours, providing general cleaning and upkeep of the space, communicating with guests prior to arrival, scheduling guest accommodations and ensuring criminal record checks have been obtained prior to guest’s arrival on site.
